![]() I agreed saying very clearly that I didn't want to be locked into a new contract. During that phone call the rep said she would make adjustments to the plan to see if it could be more useful to me. When I emailed my rep to cancel, they said before cancelling they wanted to have a phone call. I decided I wanted to cancel my service in November of 2022. Over time the service has become more expensive and the leads of lower quality and less frequent. I am a General Contractor who has advertised online through Houzz for six years. A refund for that piece and a refund for the difference in price for the other two pieces. I would like to have a pre-paid return shipping label sent to me so I can return the defective piece. I contacted Houzz on Jand nothing has been done as of yet. Houzz informed me that they will contact the seller and arrange for the piece to be returned as well as a price match for the Amazon furniture. I contacted Houzz and gave them all the information I just explained along with pictures of the defective piece and the Amazon gift receipt. Also, one of the pieces of furniture has major manufacturer defects. As a buyer you believe you are purchasing a $139.99 piece of furniture when in actuality you are purchasing a $83.59 piece of furniture. Houzz (Imtinanz, LLC) are using an Amazon in house brand and selling it as their furniture. Amazon sells this furniture for $83.59 each. The pieces of furniture I purchased from Houzz (Imtinanz, LLC) were priced at $139.99 each and I ordered 3. ![]() There is no information that the item is an Amazon house brand, Rivet, piece of furniture or that it is being shipped by Amazon. Imtinanz, LLC shows pictures of the item along with the name of the item. I was confused because the seller, Imtinanz LLC, displays a store front for furniture on Houzz. On I receive a delivery from Amazon with the items inside along with an Amazon gift receipt. Houzz bills out the order and the seller ships the item/s. On I went onto and placed a first time order with a seller named Imtinanz. I would like for this matter to be resolved, for the following reasons mentioned above. It seems that purposeful lack of communication, delayed responsiveness, and intimidation are the mission statement of this company. In addition, the companies terms of agreement state that the consumer can "close their account at any time." This is misleading communication, and evasive to those who wish to cancel prior to the end of their trial agreement. No where on the invoice is it mentioned that the consumer is strictly prohibited from terminating services. They then send me an invoice and call it a contract. They then tell me that I have a 12 month "contract" that cannot be cancelled. It again takes days for someone to respond. I again mentioned that I am not a business owner, would no longer need the "mood board" option, and have never utilized any other resources from the company as they do not relate to me. I again message the company stating I would like to terminate my subscription, that I attempted to do so in February with no response. I start receiving emails in May stating that my account was past due for payment and they will send me to collections. I attempted to end my subscription, and received a response days after my 30 day trial ended stating that my cancellation request was received and that someone would be reaching out shortly. They offer a 30 day trial, and monthly payments for their services thereafter. I did a quick ****** search, and saw that houzz had something similar to what I was looking for. I was purchasing a home and wanted a layout of home products purchased/decor on a mood board. If the professional has additional questions regarding their account, they may reconnect with our support team. We can confirm that the professionals account is reflecting non-renewal, and their subscription end-date in. Additionally, it looks like there was an in-product cancellation request submitted, but as it was submitted after the trial was converted, it would go into effect at the end of the contract term, and marked the account as non-renewal. ![]() Once the subscription transitioned, the assigned onboarding specialist attempted to reach out to the pro numerous times to assist with any questions or concerns, but there was not a response. As this was not completed before the 30-day period, the professionals account transitioned to a paid subscription. For all free trial opportunities, there is a direct link to cancel the trial within the 30-day period. We take feedback very seriously and strive to create a great experience for our professionals. To Whom It May ****************** are sorry to hear that the professional was unhappy with their Houzz Pro experience.
